About the role

  • Lead pipeline growth for Elevate Aviation Group’s integrated digital marketplace for private jets
  • Drive business development with corporate travel management companies and travel technology companies for automated booking tools
  • Own a portfolio of contacts and develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Establish strong relationships with C-level stakeholders both at clients and within Elevate
  • Act as voice of the customer and champion long-term customer strategy
  • Drive internal deal approval processes and manage sales pursuits
  • Establish regular business review sessions and report on account state, objectives and metrics
  • Collaborate with global delivery, support, finance, legal and other teams to meet objectives
  • Register sales opportunities in CRM and ensure inclusion in forecasting and reporting
  • Maintain involvement in client issue resolution including invoices, accounts receivables and service incidents
  • Participate in sales enablement training and stay informed on product roadmap
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ability to travel as required up to 30-40%

Requirements

  • Understanding of the role of technology and digital transformations in solving business problems for companies focused on corporate travel solutions
  • Strategic thinker with a credible track record operating in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with attention to details
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local/national language
  • Demonstrated success in driving new customer acquisition and managing complex commercial engagements
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent
  • 4-10 years of proven success developing and maintaining relationships with elite clientele or C-Suite decision makers
  • Experience in the travel industry or with travel agencies is a plus
  • Proven experience selling and fostering relationships with executive leaders and owners within the Corporate Travel Management industry
