About the role

  • Lead and scale Technical Customer Success team as player-coach
  • Design scalable implementation playbooks and refine onboarding processes
  • Own technical escalations; dive into SQL and Python-based issues
  • Forge feedback loops with Product and Engineering to influence prioritization
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales to ensure delivery and identify expansion
  • Measure success and own KPIs like time to value and technical issue resolution time
  • Serve as senior technical point of escalation and ensure clear communication during complex implementations

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or related field
  • 4+ years in management roles scaling a technical, customer-facing organization
  • Proven player-coach experience (lead, manage, hire, step in for technical issues)
  • Strong people management and team-building experience
  • Demonstrated ability to track, interpret, and act on KPIs
  • Ability to explain complex technical problems to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (data quality management, prior authorizations, benefits verification)
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience with APIs and/or FHIR integrations (JSON, HL7, XML)
  • [Nice to Have] Familiarity with code (Python, YAML, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability as senior technical escalation point and represent company externally
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Highly organized, manage multiple accounts, prioritize independently
