• Support our users in analyzing business processes and answering questions related to various modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PP), both nationally and internationally
• Handle and resolve SAP support requests from business units in collaboration with an international, 15-person Application Support team, using a ticketing system
• Gain initial experience in customizing and debugging
• Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes and ensure smooth operations by creating technical documentation
• Coordinate with process owners and assist in designing training for key users
