Data Engineer

• The purpose of this position is to advise business units on obtaining and presenting information so they can use it to assess and optimize their performance
• Ensure data quality, integrity and availability for analytics
• Work closely with subject-matter experts, business groups, data scientists and analysts to accurately define business requirements, integrate data sources and perform data discovery

Sales

• Develop and ensure the success of Sales and Marketing strategies for PLANSEE’s High Performance Materials products and services for Aerospace and Defense business segments
• Provide commercial management to customers relating to price, terms, evaluation, and delivery
• Educate customers on PLANSEE's materials, capabilities, and technical expertise along with our Digitalization Tools
• Capable of working in a team environment with engineers, production, and other technical personnel to come up with solutions to benefit the customer
• Work with product management, inside sales, and outside sales representatives to overcome challenges
• Keep account roadmap activities and literature up to date
• Introduce and execute strategic goals in collaboration with the Business Division North America Managers
• Prepares customer conversation reports within CRM
• Provide monthly and quarterly reviews of sales, travel summaries and analysis of account growth, profitability, potential, and forecast
• Increase current customer base by initiating contact with prospective customers.

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of an international Accounts Receivable team
• Harmonization, digitalization and automation of processes within the Shared Service Center
• Driving continuous improvement and implementing measures to improve KPIs

Sales Engineer

• Represent CERATIZIT in a regional territory to establish and develop distributor channel partners and end user customer relationships.
• Target, prospect, qualify, and secure new end user customer accounts.
• Manage, retain, and saturate current end user customers and channel partner accounts through application recommendations and demonstrations.
• Partner with Integrated Suppliers to develop strategies to grow the business.
• Obtain specifications and blueprints and collaborate with engineering for quotations and problem resolution.
• Support part run-off operations including logistical support, technical support, troubleshooting, quality management, and error proofing.
• Work periodically from the Chatsworth, CA facility to gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations, processes, products, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to learn best practices, strengthen customer support capabilities, and enhance market knowledge.
• Document, track, and follow up on proposed solutions, tool testing, and cost analysis.
• Conduct training for operators, engineering, and management on CERATIZIT products.
• Develop sales and business plans and collaborate with channel partners.
• Achieve defined sales goals and quota.
• Investigate warranty claims.
• Maintain reports, CRM data, and planning tools.

• Independent application support, customizing and development in the SAP FICO area within our S/4HANA system environment
• Module responsibility for international rollouts and projects in the SAP FICO area
• Conceptualization, design and implementation of new as well as optimization of existing FICO business processes together with the business departments
• Point of contact for SAP key users and interface to the business units and external partners
