About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of an international Accounts Receivable team
  • Harmonization, digitalization and automation of processes within the Shared Service Center
  • Driving continuous improvement and implementing measures to improve KPIs
  • Monitoring and analysis of open items and initiating appropriate actions to reduce overdue receivables in coordination with the Sales department
  • Participation in international ERP rollouts and support for overall finance transformations
  • Management of Accounts Receivable tasks as part of monthly and annual closings for local financial statements
  • Potential expansion into a global role after successful onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or debtor accounting
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI, or equivalent)
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical and structured working style; prior leadership experience is a plus
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, and excellent communication skills
