Director

• Persuades affiliate and local PP organizations in building, adapting, and managing proactive and defensive campaigns
• Works with affiliates to create new centers of state power and influence, maximizing catalyzing moments to drive a defiant message and fight national attacks
• Leads collaboration between local PP organizations and PPFA departments to build capacity of local PP organizations to develop and conduct multi-year campaigns to influence state and federal policy goals
• Adapts national office resources (technical assistance, training, coaching, grant support) for local, state, and regional use and influence
• Conducts strategic planning with local PP organizations to create conditions that would support an expanded Planned Parenthood health care footprint, ambitious goals for supporter growth, public policy accomplishments
• On behalf of the Action Fund and/or PP Votes, conducts strategic planning with the state and local PP advocacy and political organizations and supports their efforts to secure electoral victories for champions of sexual and reproductive health
• Provides direct legislative, organizing, advocacy, judicial, and other campaign support and management, rapid response assistance and crisis management to local PP organizations as appropriate and legally compliant
• Works as a team player in a high-pressure work environment
• Contributes to national and affiliate development of comprehensive organizing strategies & long term planning
• Persuades internal and external stakeholders towards project completion, fostering collaboration and resolving conflict, and debriefing and evaluating each campaign following conclusion
• Serves as the “Owner” for cross divisional special projects assigned as needed
• Works with the Campaigns and Elections team to identify and adapt to meet the needs of affiliate public affairs
• Works with local PP organizations/partner organizations to identify shared goals, develop written plans, and secure agreement to identify deliverables
• Ensures the successful implementation of the strategic plan by: providing campaign and organizing expertise and technical support; providing skills training and management; providing on the ground assistance and implementing the plan directly, if called upon; and connecting the local PP organizations to appropriate national office resources
• Serves as lead strategist and ensure the successful implementation of strategies in the states to which they are assigned
• Coordinates affiliates to take action
• Serves as a critical link between PPFA and local PP organizations to leverage national resources for local public affairs efforts and keeps the national organization engaged on local public affairs priorities, needs and activities
• Maintains current and accurate files, tracks affiliate activity to provide regular reports, and monitors work-related financial expenditures
• Understands local PP organization/partner organizational capacity, assesses resource needs, and recommends campaign and capacity grant needs
• Adapts national days of action and organizing moments for affiliates based on state environment and affiliate operational and political interests
• Defines campaign goals, works directly with affiliates as assigned to implement campaign plans, and writes campaign plans as needed
• Helps define and respond to catalyzing moments, identifying set pieces and plans with states for responding to moments of inflection
• Works across teams to nationalize state campaigns, helping set national goals for state responses to national defunding threats, including goals for how to engage or persuade national targets
• Guides strategies to bolster actions in states with pro-SRH elected leadership and coordinate joint responses with Planned Parenthood affiliates
• Helps maximize catalyzing moments, such as state legislation or stories of impact, to drive a defiant message nationally
• Deftly manages complicated national and state workstreams and affiliate dynamics
• Coordinates people and resources, manages expectations, and oversees tasks
• Tracks progress, measures performance, and adapts project plans if needed
• Builds toolkits, templates, workbooks, and other resources for use by affiliates and their advocacy and political organizations
• Builds the capacity of affiliates to create meaningful organizing programs to defend reproductive health care

Regional Campaigns Director

Procurement

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Finance, Tech, Programs, Affiliates) to understand their purchasing needs, specifications, and timelines for tactical buys.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for supplier communications related to specific sourcing events, orders, and operational issues.
• Support the Procurement team in implementing sourcing strategies by executing defined tactical buying processes.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth Procurement operations.
• Assist in educating internal users on Procurement processes and systems.
• Manage the end-to-end tactical sourcing process for assigned goods and services, including supplier discovery, requirements gathering, and market assessment for specific needs.
• Develop and issue RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs for tactical purchases; analyze supplier responses, and make recommendations for awards.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other contractual terms with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes and secure best value.
• Create and manage purchase orders in the procurement system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established contracts and policies.
• Monitor supplier performance for tactical buys, address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, quality, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including supplier information, quotes, purchase orders, and contract details.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the tactical sourcing scope and contribute to their realization.
• Support the analysis of spend data to identify opportunities for consolidating purchases or improving terms.
• Ensure compliance with PPFA’s procurement policies, ethical standards, and any applicable regulations.

Tactical Sourcing Specialist

Manager

Support the management of the day-to-day operations of Telehealth services at PPMI.
Work in close partnership with Telehealth Manager, Telehealth providers, Telehealth Assistants and revenue cycle department to provide high quality, inclusive, patient-centered care.

Provides effective and engaging one-on-one training for Medical Assistants, utilizing evidence based approaches that center the adult learner.
In the absence of the Health Center Manager, provides direction and leadership to the Telehealth team ensures a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Utilizing observation audit tools and other methods, monitors and provides information to the Telehealth Manager on efficiency, quality of services, and patient experience; reviews electronic health records system for accuracy and completeness.
Continuously maintains professional growth and learning by attending conferences, seminars, etc.
Establishes and maintains a respectful and inclusive working environment, cultivating high levels of employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
Partners with Telehealth Manager to provide services to meet or exceed all goals; including revenue, net income, patient visit, productivity, and quality goals.
Ensures compliance with PPMI personnel policies and procedures, Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) protocol, and legal and regulatory compliance in Telehealth operations.
Manages Telehealth employee schedules, including licensed staff in coordination with clinical leaders.
Ensures that daily administrative procedures are completed correctly, including insurance billing, pre-clinic prep, payment verification, and in basket management.
Manages patient complaints or sensitive patient situations in a manner aligned with PPMI's In This Together values.
Collaborates and helps to identify training needs for staff and ensures appropriate ongoing training happens appropriately.
Ensures that all medical calls/questions are referred to appropriate medical personnel and that patient records are complete and without errors in our medical record systems.
Ensures effective and accurate use of the patient management and electronic health records system.

Associate Manager, Telehealth

• POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Administrative Manager Patient Care provides high-level administrative support to the leadership within the Patient Care Department; hybrid: on-site at least 1 day per week; commitment to race equity.
• Essential Functions: Administrative Support – Managing calendars, scheduling, organizing meetings, preparing documents, etc.
• Communication Liaison – Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; newsletters.
