POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Administrative Manager Patient Care provides high-level administrative support to the leadership within the Patient Care Department; hybrid: on-site at least 1 day per week; commitment to race equity.
Essential Functions: Administrative Support – Managing calendars, scheduling, organizing meetings, preparing documents, etc.
Communication Liaison – Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; newsletters.
Meeting Coordination – Scheduling and preparing materials.
Information Management – Records, CPR certification coordination, Title X reports, CAL completions, etc.
Project Support – Data collection, analysis, reporting; PTO scheduling.
Educational Background – High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree advantageous.

A high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement, but an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, healthcare administration) can be advantageous.
