About the role

  • POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Administrative Manager Patient Care provides high-level administrative support to the leadership within the Patient Care Department; hybrid: on-site at least 1 day per week; commitment to race equity.
  • Essential Functions: Administrative Support – Managing calendars, scheduling, organizing meetings, preparing documents, etc.
  • Communication Liaison – Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; newsletters.
  • Meeting Coordination – Scheduling and preparing materials.
  • Information Management – Records, CPR certification coordination, Title X reports, CAL completions, etc.
  • Project Support – Data collection, analysis, reporting; PTO scheduling.
  • Skills and Qualifications – Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, Office software, discretion, healthcare knowledge.
  • Educational Background – High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree advantageous.
  • Key Requirements – Commitment to equity, identity dynamics, and Planned Parenthood values.
