About the role
- Create and design impactful marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, ads, logos, templates, manuals, social media assets, website landing pages, and infographics
- Develop personalized collateral including direct mail (postcards, brochures, self-mailers) and digital graphics
- Design advertising for multiple channels (print, outdoor, digital, and social media)
- Prepare final artwork for production including packaging, vendor instructions, and pre-press workflows
- Maintain and manage the internal design request system and digital asset repository
- Review and proof materials for quality assurance and enforce brand guidelines
- Create, edit, and produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications, including motion graphics when applicable
- Present creative ideas effectively and lead brainstorming sessions
- Stay current with digital, design, video, and social media trends; identify and recommend creative formats and features
- Foster strong engagement with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on creative needs
- Continuously monitor design, multimedia, and web trends to bring fresh, innovative solutions to the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related discipline
- At least five years of professional design experience in either an agency or in-house marketing team
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 and WordPress
- Experience in video production, editing, animation, sound design, and motion graphics
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive web design
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, web design, and video work
- Highly creative, proactive, and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities and proven collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of pre-press workflows, digital asset management, and production processes
- Familiarity with professional video/audio equipment and editing software
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams
