• Document and visualize workflows across departments, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze business processes and recommend data-informed enhancements to improve efficiency, communication, and performance.
• Coordinate and contribute to process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation, ensuring cross-department alignment and timely follow-through.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using multiple datasets to support decision-making.
• Assist with merging and maintaining historical and new datasets as the company transitions systems over the next 1–2 years.

Business Process Analyst

Manager

• Coordinates the deposition scheduling process around the globe for complex cases often involving Fortune 500 companies
• Establishes and maintains client relationships by demonstrating company expertise
• Responds to inquiries via telephone and email and monitors International Scheduling email folder
• Documents actions and takes care of all logistical arrangements
• Provides impeccable customer service from initial request for services through delivery
• Researches international laws and regulations regarding taking depositions and updates job knowledge
• Communicates client information to other departments (sales, production, billing, etc.)
• Prepares and presents retention agreements and rate sheets to clients
• Manages resource assignments and rearranges as necessary; occasionally arranges travel for resources
• Creates and maintains to-do tasks, follows up with clients, and answers phones
• Enters data into legal support software
• Assists Marketing with annual updates to the International Deposition Guide
• Completes credit card reconciliations and reports for job related expenses

Case Manager – International Scheduling

Project Manager

• Receive and track in audio and files from digital reporters
• Assign, coordinate, and track transcription assignments with resources and vendors
• Communicate regularly with digital reporters and transcribers regarding audio/transcript status and other client requests
• Provide feedback on digital reporter job submissions
• Monitor department inbox to promptly respond to client questions and other requests
• Field transcription-related phone calls and emails
• Maintain and update shared transcription calendars with deadlines
• Coordinate deliverables with production department
• Guide clients through the client-provided audio transcription request process, including providing cost estimates
• Enter job notes in Reporter Base
• Perform transcription duties as needed
• Provide suggestions on how to improve transcription workflow, policies and procedures through process improvements and/or utilization of technology

Transcription Project Manager

Sales

• Oversee the sales team by developing and implementing strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Establish individual and team sales plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and measurable results.
• Partner with leadership to identify new markets, expand global reach, and shape long-term sales vision.
• Hold Account Executives accountable for account plan quality, pipeline discipline, and performance outcomes.
• Conduct hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a highly competent team; lead annual reviews, weekly check-ins, and regular performance assessments.
• Track and report sales metrics, applying analysis to forecast results and optimize decision-making.
• Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, and other technology platforms to manage pipeline health and monitor client activity.
• Apply analytics to identify trends, evaluate risks, and uncover new revenue opportunities; promote adoption of innovative sales processes and tools.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Represent Planet Depos as a trusted industry leader; partner with Account Executives in client and prospect meetings to provide coaching and resolution support.
• Work closely with the VP of Sales and sales leadership on strategy, reporting, and initiatives; contribute to sales marketing initiatives and incentives.

Product Manager

• We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams under the guidance of a Product Manager to assist in designing, building, and launching products that deliver on Planet Depos’ vision and strategy. The Associate Product Manager works with the Product Manager and leadership team to support the development of new software product concepts, designs, and enhancements to existing products. They conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors. They assist with product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including supporting the gathering and prioritizing of product requirements. They also develop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts. They participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, and testing.

Associate Product Manager

Graphics Designer

• Create and design impactful marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, ads, logos, templates, manuals, social media assets, website landing pages, and infographics
• Develop personalized collateral including direct mail (postcards, brochures, self-mailers) and digital graphics
• Design advertising for multiple channels (print, outdoor, digital, and social media)
• Prepare final artwork for production including packaging, vendor instructions, and pre-press workflows
• Maintain and manage the internal design request system and digital asset repository
