• Analyze data to support or disprove a thesis, letting evidence guide conclusions over confirmation bias
• Select and implement the right tools for each problem, from gradient boosting models to transformer-based approaches
• Build, train, test, and validate models — from algorithm selection through hyperparameter tuning and rigorous evaluation
• Engineer models into production so they run reliably on real infrastructure, serving real customers
• Document models, testing protocols, and decision rationale for the team
• Monitor and improve models in production, knowing when to retrain, rebuild, or rethink as data and performance drift
• Explore agentic and reasoning systems, helping the team separate what's genuinely useful from hype in semi-autonomous, planning AI

Security Engineer

• Configure and operate security scanning tools to effectively identify and analyze vulnerabilities
• Remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities as they appear and put in place process to preemptively avoid recurrence
• Triage, investigate, and escalate security alerts with remediation recommendations
• Document procedures, best practices, and technical security standards
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to optimize alert rules and monitoring coverage
• Provide technical thought leadership regarding the security of networks and systems
• Identify scanning and monitoring gaps as well as ensuring all our dependencies are being fully audited
• Support debug/testing and remediation management to enhance infosec posture
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to investigate and triage security alerts

Chief Technology Officer

• Own complex sales cycles with independent mortgage banks, banks, credit unions, and other mortgage lending organizations, typically involving multiple executive and operational stakeholders
• Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted outbound, relationship development, events, referrals, and account-based prospecting
• Understand each lender's origination model, operational workflows, technology stack, pain points, and business priorities before positioning a solution

Strategic Account Executive, Mortgage Technology & Services

• Partner with our Success and Training teams to guarantee VA success with their client during their first 90 days
• Reduce the overall number of VAs in their care being released due to VA performance, VA training, and Poor Customer Management

Mentor – Performance Coach

Customer Support

• Partner with Disclosure Desk Manager, originators, and operations leadership to ensure loan disclosures are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
• Serve as the primary point of contact for disclosure-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed
• Audit files for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance before sending initial disclosures and Loan Estimates
• Prepare Loan Estimates (LE), confirm fees and pricing are accurate, and release to borrowers via e-Sign
• Send disclosures in a timely manner and track outstanding disclosures via e-sign portal or paper fulfillment
• Identify odd or missing fee amounts prior to disclosure and contact originators to resolve missing data before release
• Update the LOS to document that disclosures were generated and provided to the consumer
• Review fee changes to determine compliance with TRID changed circumstance and tolerance requirements
• Monitor Change of Circumstance (COC) requests and ensure re-disclosures and COC notices are issued within required timeframes
• Prepare daily pipeline status reports for operations, compliance, and senior management as needed
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of new or amended statutes and regulations relevant to mortgage lending
• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all loan applicant information

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
