P.J. Fitzpatrick, the most recognized name in the home services industry is expanding our inbound sales support team, and customer service team. We currently have openings for people to take inbound calls and schedule appointments for our repair experts and sales team. You will receive paid professional training and will be taught the fundamentals to succeed at a high level.\n
Job Summary: Make outbound/inbound calls to current homeowners/customers and schedule appointments for our sales team. Provide support and superior service via telephones, e-mails and text messaging as both a receiver and a caller.\n
PAY For An Inside Sales Representative: $16-$18 an hour plus Bonuses\n
Essential Job Responsibilities For An Inside Sales Representative:\n
Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.\n
Utilize the Call Center scripts that are provided.\n
Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explain new products and their benefits.\n
Answer inquiries by clarifying information; researching, locating, and providing information.\n
Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.\n
Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.\n
Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.\n
Understand the impact of tone and demeanor necessary to handle calls professionally.\n
Effectively deal with job stress as well as angry, unhappy and frustrated customers.\n
Understand the multiple ways of communicating with various behavior types on the telephone.\n
Apply the elements of building positive rapport with various types of customers over the phone.\n
Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy a multitude of customer situations.\n
Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.\n
Maintain an acceptable 2 legged percentage above 85%.\n
Practice effective communication with Service and Sales department and book appointments.\n
Maintain an acceptable demo rate.\n
Other duties as assigned.\n
High school diploma, two years related experience and, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n

Requirements
Customer Service experience – minimum of 2 years (retail, call center, hospitality).
Data Entry Skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills - Must have typing skill of at least 40 words per minute.
