Project Manager

• Review job packets to ensure all necessary information is complete.
• Conduct accurate measurements for installations.
• Monitor production time against the sales contracts, addressing any discrepancies with the Sales and Production Managers.
• Confirm material orders with clients and oversee change orders.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Agent for timely material delivery.
• Manage the procurement of necessary permits for project installation.
• Ensure all customer satisfaction checklists are completed post-installation.
• Guarantee final payments are collected and address any outstanding punch list items.

Account Executive

• - Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess their remodeling needs and present tailored solutions.
• - Educate homeowners on PJ Fitzpatrick’s products and services, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and bath remodeling.
• - Build rapport and trust with homeowners by understanding their needs and providing honest, professional recommendations.
• - Follow up on company-generated leads and referrals in a timely manner.
• - Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly performance goals.
• - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and exceptional customer experience.
• - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Outside Sales Representative

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement product experience not required.
• You will receive paid professional training with hands-on coaching.
• Our goal is to help you earn $100K plus.
