Set social marketing strategy and goals by customer segment (personal aircraft, public safety, defense)
Manage daily social marketing activities in partnership with marketing agency: draft and maintain content calendar, write copy and select images/videos, determine optimal posting schedule, drive approval process, and post content on schedule
Engage with social communities to support sales and marketing goals
Capture and interpret metrics; show continuous improvement and report performance
Coordinate brand messaging and stories with marketing team members
Define and manage influencer program: identify candidates, outreach, selection, contracting, execution, and performance measurement
Contribute to overall content strategy and execution; capture photos and videos at events
Produce and edit in-house content and manage third-party content
Support website copywriting and asset selection; support Growth Marketing Manager's video production
Manage Canto digital asset management platform and maintain asset accessibility
Use HubSpot, Jira, and Adobe Creative Suite to drive social and campaign programs
Follow up on website messages from info@pivotal.aero and news@pivotal.aero; track content and volume
Travel for events or customer activities
Requirements
At least two years of social marketing experience, preferably in B2C and B2B markets
Bachelor's degree and coursework in relevant disciplines
Solid understanding of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels
Personal engagement with social media at a personal level
Creative talent for storytelling
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience with HubSpot, Jira, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing digital asset management platforms (Canto)
Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to work onsite at HQ in Palo Alto, CA
