QA Engineer

• Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of integration and test campaigns for propulsion, energy storage, power distribution, and electromechanical systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, and verification reports for developmental, qualification, and production phases.
• Build and commission test setups including dynamometers, load simulators, high-voltage test benches, thermal rigs, and custom diagnostics tools.
• Coordinate hardware and system-level integration of battery packs, inverters, motors, ESCs, wiring harnesses, and other key propulsion/power components.
• Define and implement Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and system-level test strategies to validate functional and safety-critical behaviors.
• Lead test execution with technicians and cross-functional engineers; monitor real-time data, debug issues, and escalate findings.
• Drive root-cause investigations in conjunction with design and reliability teams.
• Author detailed test reports, including non-conformance tracking and resolution documentation.
• Collaborate with systems engineering and certification leads to align test strategy with ARP4754A, DO-160, and FAA Part 23/Part 21 requirements.
• Contribute to configuration control and traceability of test articles and instrumentation.
• Support the development of automated test workflows, data pipelines, and dashboards.

Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer – Power, Propulsion, and Hardware

Mechanical Engineer

• Design and development of mechanical systems for a eVTOL aircraft, ensuring designs meet performance, weight, cost, and safety requirements
• Utilize 3Dexperience and CATIA to create detailed designs, generate manufacturing drawings, and support production processes
• Contribute to the design of composite structures, including laminate structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with avionics, propulsion, and other subsystems
• Conduct detailed analysis of designs, including stress analysis, thermal management, and failure mode analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to source materials, define specifications, and oversee production processes

Mechanical Product Design Engineer

Systems Engineer

• Develop, test, and maintain embedded software in C/C++, Rust, and/or Ada for safety-critical systems on custom avionics and powertrain hardware
• Design and implement real-time control logic for propulsion, thermal management, and power distribution systems
• Execute full life-cycle development from software architecture and requirements to integration, test, and certification artifacts
• Author and maintain certification-compliant software documentation, including Software Verification Cases & Procedures (SVCP), Software Configuration Management Plans (SCMP), and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) tests, and automated regression tests
• Integrate and debug software on RTOS and embedded Linux platforms; perform kernel-level diagnostics and performance optimization

Senior Embedded Systems Engineer – Verification and Validation

Manager

• Ensure delivery of airworthy aircraft and assets to internal and external customers, with all maintenance actions completed or appropriately deferred.
• Develop and implement MRO processes and tools to manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for Pivotal's operational and customer fleets.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, drive technical solutions, and release work packages that meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure fleet readiness and support for flight operations, demos, and delivery missions.
• Maintain strict compliance with FAA regulations, company quality management systems, and industry best practices, including FAR Part 43 and other applicable standards.
• Establish procedures to support a certified Maintenance and Repair Operation (MRO) under FAA Part 145.
• Lead and mentor internal and contracted maintenance teams, including developing and delivering training to ensure safety, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and audit detailed maintenance records with a focus on data accuracy, automation, and regulatory traceability.
• Leverage analytics and fleet data to drive improvements in cost efficiency, turnaround time, aircraft uptime, and predictive maintenance strategies.

• Set social marketing strategy and goals by customer segment (personal aircraft, public safety, defense)
• Manage daily social marketing activities in partnership with marketing agency: draft and maintain content calendar, write copy and select images/videos, determine optimal posting schedule, drive approval process, and post content on schedule
