About the role
- Support the development and implementation of event strategies that align with business priorities and marketing campaigns.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, venue selection, vendor contracts, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with campaign marketing, field marketing, and sales teams to ensure events effectively showcase the company’s capabilities and drive market demand.
- Act as a central point of contact for all event-related stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal subject matter experts.
- Maintain and track event performance metrics, such as registration, attendance, and influenced pipeline, to evaluate success and inform future strategies.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of event materials, including invitations, agendas, and post-event surveys.
- Ensure all events are executed within established budgets and timelines.
- Provide outstanding customer service to attendees and stakeholders throughout the event planning and execution process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field and 3 years of experience in a coordination, event planning, or administrative support role, with a strong preference for experience in B2B marketing or a technology-focused environment OR 7 years of experience in a coordination, event planning, or administrative support role, with a strong preference for experience in B2B marketing or a technology-focused environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with event technology platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
