Identify and unlock cross-selling opportunities to deepen impact within existing accounts
Establish trusted partnerships with C-level executives and key decision-makers and mentor teammates
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal teams to advance deals seamlessly
Deep-dive into sales methodology and tech stack during first 90 days and keep CRM records precise
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to product and marketing to shape strategy and sales best practices
Requirements
8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales in fintech or banking with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas and driving strategic deals
Experience leading and closing $200K+ ACV deals with executive stakeholders across business, product, legal, compliance, InfoSec, and marketing
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles, including legal and InfoSec reviews
Strong Customer Centricity and Product Thinker
Proven experience in driving sales from zero to first transaction
Experience using Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.), and new AI tools transforming the sales tech stack
Comfortable working onsite 3 days/week at our NYC HQ
