About the role
- Provide high-level administrative support across departments, with an emphasis on client-facing functions.
- Coordinate scheduling, travel, meetings, and internal/external communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Manage lead tracking, qualification support, and follow-ups in coordination with sales teams.
- Help plan and execute internal events, conferences, and team projects.
- Contribute to CRM reporting and analytics; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Support ad-hoc projects, data entry, and research tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant administrative or operations experience; associate degree required, bachelor’s preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge a plus.
- Experience working in or supporting a sales or client services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
