About the role
- Build and execute a field consultant coverage strategy
- Influence DC recommendations by translating PIMCO’s DC platform
- Partner with Consultant Relations and Institutional Sales account teams
- Develop a disciplined pipeline across consultant channels
- Provide market and competitor intelligence on DC consulting dynamics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Strategy, Portfolio teams, Marketing, and leadership
- Represent PIMCO at relevant industry events and in targeted consultant forums
- Travel as needed to support consultant and client engagement
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- MBA or CFA designation is desirable
- 10+ years of experience in the institutional DC ecosystem
- Established relationships and credibility with consultants and DC decision-makers
- Strong grasp of DC plan structures and investment implementation
- Track record of building repeatable coverage models
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate investment solutions clearly
- Series 3, 7 and 63 required
