About the role

  • Underwrite, originate, structure, and actively manage private corporate opportunities
  • Lead comprehensive due diligence, financial models, and risk-adjusted return pricing
  • Develop sourcing strategies and maintain relationships with advisors and banks
  • Manage post-investment monitoring, compliance, and valuation inputs
  • Author investment memoranda and present to Investment Committee
  • Mentor junior investors and coordinate cross-functional execution
  • Contribute to fundraising and ad hoc LP communications

Requirements

  • 12+ years in private credit / special situations
  • Background from restructuring advisory, LevFin/HY capital markets, or buyside private credit / special situations
  • Expert modelling, covenant analysis, and documentation skills
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills
  • BA/BS required; MBA/CFA preferred
  • High integrity and risk discipline
