About the role
- Headhunt top talent for our Engineering, Product, IT, and Security teams by understanding needs, sourcing proactively, and reaching out to great profiles.
- Assess candidates through screening applications and the all hiring process until the onboarding for the roles you own.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience, making every interaction meaningful and aligned with our values.
- Partner with hiring managers / Interviewers, coaching them on best practices and sharing feedback to make hiring smoother and sharper.
- Own projects that shape our TA strategy: Candidate experience improvements (communication flows, feedback loops, transparency), Interview calibration and training with hiring managers, Employer branding initiatives to strengthen our visibility in the tech ecosystem, etc.
- Track and share insights by monitoring talent acquisition metrics to celebrate successes and spot areas for improvement.
Requirements
- You already have solid experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment, with exposure to Engineering hiring (from Junior to Staff engineer).
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy challenges, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get hands-on.
- You have great communication skills: you connect easily with people, build trust with candidates and colleagues, and know how to pitch with impact.
- You’re organized and structured, able to lead projects and make the most of productivity tools to juggle priorities.
- You’re curious and eager to learn, thriving when given autonomy.
- You’re pragmatic and problem-solving oriented, with an analytical eye to back decisions.
- You’re fluent in French & English, both spoken and written, as you’ll be working with international candidates daily.
