About the role

  • Take an active role in developing and implementing overarching learning strategies and program roadmaps that align with key business objectives and drive customer success.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring for junior instructional designers and content creators, including guidance on instructional design best practices, team workflows, and professional development.
  • Drive innovation by actively researching, evaluating, and integrating innovative learning technologies and methodologies—such as AI-powered tools and new delivery platforms—to continuously enhance customer learning experiences and improve operational efficiency.
  • Become a Pigment expert and apply core adult learning principles to develop and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences across multiple modalities, including e-learning, video, and interactive courses.
  • Partner effectively with SMEs to translate their deep product knowledge into clear, accessible customer learning content.
  • Manage the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle, from conducting needs analyses and identifying content gaps to developing assessments and evaluating program effectiveness based on business goals.
  • Champion content excellence by staying up-to-date with product releases to ensure all customer learning materials reflect the latest features and innovations.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of instructional design experience, with a preference for experience in the SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) space.
  • You have demonstrated strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading projects, mentoring team members, and influencing stakeholders at a strategic level.
  • You are data-driven and use insights not only to inform your design decisions but also to measure the business impact of learning programs and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
  • You have a strong command of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are highly collaborative and enjoy working with a team to achieve a common goal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
