Sales

• Generate pipeline through thoughtful, targeted outbound to accounts in regulated industries like healthcare, hospital systems, and retail banking
• Work closely with your BDA to scale outreach and share learnings with Marketing to sharpen our messaging and ideal-customer profile
• Own deals from first conversation through discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and close
• Attend industry events 3-4 times per year in NAM (US, Canada)
• Run consultative discovery to understand each prospect’s priorities, buying process, and decision criteria
• Be a product expert, working with your Sales Engineer to deliver tailored, value-based demos that connect Piano to the outcomes your prospects care about
• Build ROI-driven business cases and executive proposals; sell Analytics on its own or as part of the broader Piano platform
• Guide multi-stakeholder deals — develop champions, build C-suite relationships, and partner with Sales Engineers on technical evaluations and proofs of concept
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations through to a confident close
• Set clear expectations so deals transition smoothly to our delivery teams
• Keep your pipeline and forecast accurate and up to date in Salesforce

Sales Director

General Counsel

• Actively contribute to Piano's ongoing compliance efforts, working closely with the Group DPO and the CISO
• Participate in third-party compliance assessments, including DPAs (Data Processing Agreements), DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments), and transfer impact assessments (TIA)
• Maintain rigorous tracking of compliance requirements, managing updates and renewals of required documents (processing records, data protection policies, etc.)
• Support continuous improvement of compliance processes and documentation standards (DPAs, Technical and Organizational Measures - TOMs, etc.)
• Take part in the compliance assessment program (e.g., GDPR certification – Europrivacy)
• Lead and coordinate contractual relationships with Piano's main service providers
• Review, manage and structure key vendor documentation, including contracts and other compliance-related documents, ensuring full alignment with Piano's standards and policies
• Identify and communicate risk assessments
• Coordinate, where relevant, with Piano's internal teams (Legal, Security, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure consistency in negotiations and commitments

Compliance Lawyer

• Contribute actively to Piano's ongoing compliance efforts, in close coordination with the Group DPO and CISO
• Participate in third-party compliance assessments, including DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs)
• Ensure proper follow-up on compliance requirements, track necessary document updates and renewals (RoPa)
• Support the continuous improvement of compliance processes and documentation standards (DPA, TOMs)
• Lead and coordinate contractual relationships with main Piano's providers
• Review, manage and structure key provider-related documentation, including contracts and any other compliance-related documents
• Identify and share risks assessments
• Coordinate when necessary with internal Piano teams (Legal, Security, Finance, Procurement, etc.)

Legal Counsel

Consultant

• Provide first and second level support for our solutions
• Handle customer queries, diagnostics, analysis, and incident resolution
• Support our customers in implementing our solutions
• Build a relationship of trust with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and optimize their online activity
• Lead various training modules for customers (on-site and remotely)
• Work closely with customers' marketing/e-commerce departments and technical teams

Technical Consultant Internship

Account Manager

• Support the Account Management team in managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Assist with contract renewals, deal tracking, and customer communications.
• Monitor account activity and help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
