About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute actively to Piano's ongoing compliance efforts, in close coordination with the Group DPO and CISO
Participate in third-party compliance assessments, including DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs)
Ensure proper follow-up on compliance requirements, track necessary document updates and renewals (RoPa)
Support the continuous improvement of compliance processes and documentation standards (DPA, TOMs)
Lead and coordinate contractual relationships with main Piano's providers
Review, manage and structure key provider-related documentation, including contracts and any other compliance-related documents
Identify and share risks assessments
Coordinate when necessary with internal Piano teams (Legal, Security, Finance, Procurement, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience on contractual review
At least 1 year of experience on compliance/privacy
Proven expertise in contract management
Ability to handle several entities and stay compliant with legal requirements from various countries
Advanced risk assessment abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in business English is mandatory
High level of organization
Strong ability to work autonomously
Solid understanding of privacy compliance
Working knowledge of AI tools/usages
Clear and effective communication
