About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute actively to Piano's ongoing compliance efforts, in close coordination with the Group DPO and CISO
  • Participate in third-party compliance assessments, including DPAs and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs)
  • Ensure proper follow-up on compliance requirements, track necessary document updates and renewals (RoPa)
  • Support the continuous improvement of compliance processes and documentation standards (DPA, TOMs)
  • Lead and coordinate contractual relationships with main Piano's providers
  • Review, manage and structure key provider-related documentation, including contracts and any other compliance-related documents
  • Identify and share risks assessments
  • Coordinate when necessary with internal Piano teams (Legal, Security, Finance, Procurement, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience on contractual review
  • At least 1 year of experience on compliance/privacy
  • Proven expertise in contract management
  • Ability to handle several entities and stay compliant with legal requirements from various countries
  • Advanced risk assessment abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in business English is mandatory
  • High level of organization
  • Strong ability to work autonomously
  • Solid understanding of privacy compliance
  • Working knowledge of AI tools/usages
  • Clear and effective communication
