- Fast-growing bootstrapped company seeking to automate scalable funnels that convert 24/7
- Role focused on turning paid traffic into profit: build webinar funnels, write landing page copy, run ads, and iterate with A/B tests
- Own and manage $75K+/month ad budget and work directly with the CEO
- Improve CAC, LTV, webinar funnel conversion rates, and ARR from automated sequences
- Opportunity to grow into Director of Demand Gen
Requirements
- Loves to build more than “manage”
- Proven ability to sell high-ticket offers online
- Gets excited about funnels, data, A/B tests, and changing lives at scale
- Experience architecting and optimizing automated webinar sales funnels for hardware + software
- Experience owning/managing $75K+/month paid ad budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Ability to build and optimize landing pages, email flows, and retargeting campaigns
- Experience owning analytics, attribution, and ongoing funnel experimentation
- Experience managing a small marketing team and aligning with Sales & Success
