QA Engineer

• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions for customer modernization use cases
• Develop and integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows
• Establish and enforce quality assurance frameworks, including test plans, acceptance criteria, and regression suites
• Validate AI-generated code, skills, and agents before promotion through the innovation pipeline
• Guide development of reusable AI skills and agents for customer modernization tasks
• Emphasize automated testing, security scanning, data sensitivity, and scalability
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to create and orchestrate long-running, multi-agent workflows
• Ensure reliability, observability, and recoverability in production environments
• Support the innovation pipeline moving AI-generated prototypes from sandbox concepts into secure, enterprise-grade applications
• Review and quality-check prototype outputs for accuracy, reliability, and standards adherence
• Monitor AI-assisted development outputs for accuracy, reliability, and compliance drift
• Feed findings back to Value Engineers and AI Engineers to improve prompts, skills, and agents
• Support federal customer modernization goals by automating and streamlining servicing operations, reducing manual processing, improving data quality, aligning with modernization standards, and planning for legacy-platform retirement

AI Quality Engineer

• Review requirements, user stories, and design documentation to understand expected system behavior
• Develop and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools
• Validate defect fixes and ensure issues are resolved prior to release
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Ensure applications meet usability and business requirements
• Maintain clear documentation of testing activities, results, and defects
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards

• Design, implement, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI and ML solutions aligned to real business use cases.

• Lead or support end-to-end AI solution delivery, from experimentation through deployment and iteration.
• Serve as the primary technical voice on GenAI initiatives, ensuring clarity across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate and apply appropriate models (e.g., GPT-based LLMs, BERT-style architectures, or other approaches) based on problem context.
• Fine-tune, integrate, and operationalize models with support from specialized teammates when needed.
• Contribute to decisions around model performance, cost, latency, and reliability tradeoffs.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Stay current on emerging GenAI techniques, tools, and platforms.
