About the role
- Set up and configure Go High Level (GHL) software according to company requirements
- Customize GHL settings and ensure seamless integration with existing tools and platforms
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement automated workflows, campaigns (email, SMS, follow-ups)
- Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, funnels, lead follow-up pipelines, lead scoring and segmentation
- Customize and manage the GHL CRM: pipelines, deals, contact records, and ensure data accuracy
- Develop, manage, and track marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and social media; analyze performance
- Configure communication channels, appointment scheduling, reminders, and ensure professional client communication
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards; monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to management
- Train team members on GHL usage and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven 5 years experience in using Go High Level for marketing automation and campaign management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and client-facing abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Up-to-date knowledge of GHL features, updates, and integrations
