About the role

  • Set up and configure Go High Level (GHL) software according to company requirements
  • Customize GHL settings and ensure seamless integration with existing tools and platforms
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement automated workflows, campaigns (email, SMS, follow-ups)
  • Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, funnels, lead follow-up pipelines, lead scoring and segmentation
  • Customize and manage the GHL CRM: pipelines, deals, contact records, and ensure data accuracy
  • Develop, manage, and track marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and social media; analyze performance
  • Configure communication channels, appointment scheduling, reminders, and ensure professional client communication
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards; monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to management
  • Train team members on GHL usage and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven 5 years experience in using Go High Level for marketing automation and campaign management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and client-facing abilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Up-to-date knowledge of GHL features, updates, and integrations
