About the role

  • Generate sales opportunities with new and existing accounts within the healthcare sector (licensing, solutions and managed services)
  • Attend face-to-face customer meetings and conference calls to scope, qualify and nurture opportunities
  • Demonstrate technology to key stakeholders and prepare high-impact demonstrations using data and dashboards
  • Direct the sales process and contribute to RFI/RFP responses where required
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships to drive technical and cultural transformation and increase value and trust in Phoenix
  • Excite and enthuse sales staff and customers about Phoenix's Public Sector IT capabilities

Requirements

  • Experience in IT sales in a B2B setting
  • Experience selling into the healthcare sector (bonus, not required)
  • Excellent rapport building skills and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills face to face and virtually
  • Technical ability to prepare demonstrations using data and dashboards and customise reports for high impact
  • Ability to prioritise work under pressure and use initiative to meet deadlines
  • *BONUS* - Good understanding of the public sector including tendering and frameworks
  • Willingness to attend face-to-face customer meetings and conference calls
  • Required to undertake and pass a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check
