About the role
- Lead and coordinate responses to formal client procurement requests for EMEA region, including RFP, RFI, PQQ, ITT
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and compliant submission of proposals
- Organize bid launch workshops, define response strategies, and coordinate internal contributors
- Draft, structure, and refine proposal content in collaboration with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams
- Maintain and enhance bid content library for relevance, quality, and consistency
- Track bid performance metrics, win/loss ratios, and client feedback to support continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional bid teams and report to the Head of Bid Management
Requirements
- +3 years proven experience managing complex bids, preferably within a tech or IT environment
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and natural leadership qualities
- Fluency in English (company's primary working language)
- Fluency in the local language of your office location (e.g., French for Paris, German for Berlin, English for London)
