Requirements

- Collaboration tools – proficiency with Teams, Zoom, or Slack for scheduling, communication, and virtual training.
- Data visualization & reporting – creating clear reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to track talent and safety metrics.
- Compliance & safety software – managing incident logs, audits, and safety training via platforms like Succeed Management Solutions or similar.
- HRIS & LMS platforms – navigating systems like Paylocity, Workday, ADP, or SuccessFactors for Partner data, training, and reporting.
