About the role
- Act as Operations Administrator and champion Phillips Corporation Vision and Mission
- Report to Operations Manager and General Manager; build deep relationships with customers and vendors as primary point of contact
- Own the Hybrid order lifecycle from initial sale to installation; maintain 100% order accuracy and resolve issues quickly
- Challenge and improve processes to drive efficiency and profitability; lead procurement system transformations
- Manage inventory at the Hanover office and ensure accurate, transparent transactions
- Collaborate with IT to build workflows in D365 and maintain CRM reporting
- Provide empathetic, effective support via calls and emails; process sales orders and resolve customer issues
- Assist in recruiting by helping find new talent and enforce structured processes for fast response times and efficient scheduling
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel skills that include VLOOKUP/ZLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboard creation and reporting
- ERP and CRM experience, ideally D365 or Salesforce
- Strong customer service skills
- Engineering background is a plus
- Project and change management experience
