About the role

  • Act as Operations Administrator and champion Phillips Corporation Vision and Mission
  • Report to Operations Manager and General Manager; build deep relationships with customers and vendors as primary point of contact
  • Own the Hybrid order lifecycle from initial sale to installation; maintain 100% order accuracy and resolve issues quickly
  • Challenge and improve processes to drive efficiency and profitability; lead procurement system transformations
  • Manage inventory at the Hanover office and ensure accurate, transparent transactions
  • Collaborate with IT to build workflows in D365 and maintain CRM reporting
  • Provide empathetic, effective support via calls and emails; process sales orders and resolve customer issues
  • Assist in recruiting by helping find new talent and enforce structured processes for fast response times and efficient scheduling

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel skills that include VLOOKUP/ZLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboard creation and reporting
  • ERP and CRM experience, ideally D365 or Salesforce
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Engineering background is a plus
  • Project and change management experience
