Hire, manage, coach, train and direct approximately 8-10 Account Executives and Associate Account Executives in assigned region
Partner with HR to recruit and hire top candidates and maintain a diverse bench of candidates
Operate sales region/territories within approved budget guidelines to obtain optimal efficiency in serving customer needs
Effective territory planning to maximize time-to-service, develop current accounts, cultivate new accounts, manage pipeline opportunities
Achieve territory goals including sales, expenses, account penetration with volume and revenue metrics
Attend and participate in required meetings, sales training, conventions, trade shows and key referral organizations
Participate in key customer meetings supporting Account Executives/Associates regularly
Required travel: 60-70% via plane and automobile; ride with Account Executives 3-4 days/week
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Risk Management or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years sales management OR minimum of 5 years of medical sales experience with advanced sales skills (sales training or sales operations experience)
Ability to hire and build successful teams, talent development and performance management, and strong coaching capabilities
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent
Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
Must be able to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position
Required travel via plane and automobile (60-70%); riding with Account Executives 3-4 days/week
US work authorization is a precondition of employment (no visa sponsorship)
Must reside in or within commuting distance to NC, SC, GA, VA
