💰 $83,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- consult with healthcare institutions to ensure successful integration of solutions into the customer IT environment
- act as subject matter expert for complex IT concepts within the specialization
- deploys and/or integrates software solutions for complex IT solutions
- educate customers on system maintenance
- document solutions to ensure support teams can participate in support and onward development
- drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on feedback
- foster collaboration within implementation project and support team
Requirements
- at least 5 years of professional working experience in the IT technologies or electronics industry
- experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units
- network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or relevant experience
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical or other related disciplines or 9+ years of related experience
