About the role
- Customer relationship management through effective application of technical knowledge
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings
- Actively participate as a member of the regional work team
- Coordinate project resources and tasks for customer deliverables
- Perform all administrative duties within established regulatory requirements
- Install complex systems in clinical and non-clinical environments
- Provide technical review of system configuration and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- 1+ year of working experience in IT technologies or electronics industry
- Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators
- Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience
- Obtain CCNA certification within 6 months from beginning of employment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience
