💰 $112,500 - $201,000 per year
About the role
- Responsible for the delivery of implementation, go-live education, Digital education adoption, and professional services function within the region
- Leading a team of 15+ clinical professionals
- Directs teams to ensure clinical project scope is defined according to quote
- Works with the District Services Director, the District Technical Manager, and Project Managers to ensure all standard & quality processes are followed
- Travel up to 75% by car, air, or train to customer sites, Philips offices or other locations for meetings, etc.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of direct leadership experience in healthcare services or equipment sales
- 3+ years’ experience managing a profit/loss business ideally in the clinical space
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Business or Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate growth in revenue
- Must be able to perform Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
