You take on a key role: through targeted customer-retention measures (e.g., campaigns) and close collaboration with Sales and Technical teams, you make a decisive contribution to increasing market share.
You are an expert in devices, software, solutions and services and support our (Key) Account Managers in the sales process with clinical and technical know-how.
You create tailored product configurations, service models (including upgrades of the installed base) and pricing proposals.
This also includes preparation of quotes as well as selling products, updates, upgrades and consumables to existing customers.
You conduct proposal presentations and negotiations — together with the (Key) Account Manager or independently — and compellingly demonstrate the benefits of our solutions.
You perform product demonstrations and training and share your knowledge with physicians, nurses, biomedical/clinical engineers and colleagues.
You monitor competitor activities and industry trends and derive valuable feedback and ideas for further development of our portfolio.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in healthcare or healthcare services
Extensive clinical experience in a medical setting
Excellent knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows
Ideally experience in medical capital equipment, healthcare IT, or a clinical/medical environment
A completed degree (technical, business administration, or medical) is desirable but not a requirement
Ideally, good knowledge of reimbursement structures in the German healthcare system
Confident, professional demeanor with a strong sales orientation
