About the role

  • You take on a key role: through targeted customer-retention measures (e.g., campaigns) and close collaboration with Sales and Technical teams, you make a decisive contribution to increasing market share.
  • You are an expert in devices, software, solutions and services and support our (Key) Account Managers in the sales process with clinical and technical know-how.
  • You create tailored product configurations, service models (including upgrades of the installed base) and pricing proposals.
  • This also includes preparation of quotes as well as selling products, updates, upgrades and consumables to existing customers.
  • You conduct proposal presentations and negotiations — together with the (Key) Account Manager or independently — and compellingly demonstrate the benefits of our solutions.
  • You perform product demonstrations and training and share your knowledge with physicians, nurses, biomedical/clinical engineers and colleagues.
  • You monitor competitor activities and industry trends and derive valuable feedback and ideas for further development of our portfolio.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in healthcare or healthcare services
  • Extensive clinical experience in a medical setting
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows
  • Ideally experience in medical capital equipment, healthcare IT, or a clinical/medical environment
  • A completed degree (technical, business administration, or medical) is desirable but not a requirement
  • Ideally, good knowledge of reimbursement structures in the German healthcare system
  • Confident, professional demeanor with a strong sales orientation
