About the role

  • Sales team development - You identify new customer potential, build long-term partnerships and accompany them through to a successful close.
  • Account management & strategic growth - You manage key existing clients from the real estate, building or energy sectors, recognize potential and develop it into sustainable revenue opportunities.
  • Tactical consulting & enablement - You support both the team and our customers: whether on IoT platforms, Smart Metering or efficiency strategies – you explain technical interrelationships clearly and provide the right impulses for implementation and scaling.
  • Stakeholder management at decision-maker level - You move confidently in conversations with C-level, technical and project leaders in the real estate and energy industries and make effective use of your network and sector expertise.
  • Sales strategy & development - You work closely with operations and product teams, analyze market trends and customer feedback, and actively help shape the future of our solutions.

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in the real estate sector, building or energy engineering, FM services, telecommunications, PropTech or a comparable environment
  • Strong network & market understanding in the listed industries, ideally with experience dealing with housing companies or energy service providers
  • Exceptional drive and a strong sense of ownership to push a growing team forward
  • Understanding of technical concepts such as IoT, gateways, SaaS, Smart Metering, digital control systems or data analysis in building operations
  • Structured, strategic and independent working style, with a high degree of communication skills and customer orientation
  • Excellent German (C2) and good English (at least B2), and willingness to travel within Germany
