About the role

  • Develop the sales team, identify new customer opportunities and support them through to successful closure
  • Manage key existing accounts and identify revenue opportunities
  • Provide tactical advice and support to the team and customers
  • Stakeholder management at decision-maker level
  • Close collaboration with operations and product teams to analyze market trends and customer feedback

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in real estate, building or energy engineering, FM services, telecommunications, PropTech, or a comparable environment
  • Strong network and market understanding in the above-mentioned industries
  • Understanding of technical concepts such as IoT, gateways, SaaS, smart metering, digital control systems, or data analysis in building operations
  • Structured, strategic, and self-directed working style with strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Excellent German (C2) and good English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
