About the role
- Project manage new account implementations
- Ensure customers are delighted during transition
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Drive compliance of contractual obligations
- Identify areas of improvement
- Program quality audits
- Create customer Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Coordinate and work with sales, local service and back-office operations teams
- Lead meetings between Philips and the customer
- Establish balanced Planned Maintenance schedule
- Prepare contract reconciliation documents
- Support Multi-Vendor field service organization nationwide
- Assist with CMMS support cases for field technicians
- Drive new initiatives to improve overall program across the country
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and work experience
- 2+ years of Biomed/Clinical Engineer field experience preferred
- 2+ years in project management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Proficient in large dataset analysis, Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Understanding of database creation
- Customer service oriented with ability to present to customer audiences
- Ability to influence internal and external resources to a stated objective without formal authority
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment
