About the role
- Analyze and provide Data Insights to support operational success and business goals
- Align with stakeholders to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and patient safety
- Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs and financial reports
- Liaise between various business departments and assess options for process improvement
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Business/Operations Data Analyst, preferably in the health tech industry
- Advanced to expert level experience with data analytics tools, especially PowerBI
- Ability to present complex data insights in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- Strong project management, change management, and business analysis skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, relationship building, and problem-solving skills at all levels
