About the role

  • Manage all aspects of daily processes with Operations team.
  • Mentor, coach, and encourage Operations staff, including oversight of individual performance and development progress.
  • Clearly establish and communicate the Operations Team vision.
  • Assist team with the implementation of new processes to decrease costs, increase timeliness, and/or reduce risk.
  • Maintain metrics and information used for preparation of various management reports.
  • Monitor team to ensure established contractual time frames of daily processes are met.
  • Assist team members with questions regarding systems, procedures, processes, and problem resolution.
  • Work with other managers to make certain commitments to clients, sponsors, and participants are delivered.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
