Account Manager

• Responsible for the planning, successful execution and follow-up on a diverse range of major client requirements promoting mutual growth and profitability.
• Maintain a high level of client trust and respect ensuring client retention.

Relationship Manager

Consultant

• Deliver client service for recordkeeping, administration and servicing of assigned book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
• Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations.
• Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings.
• Ensure that all services are delivered within documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors, internal teams and day to day contacts.
• Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support.
• Effectively communicate with all technical and support teams to ensure that recordkeeping items are maintained for all assigned plans, including coordination of all plan amendments.

Retirement Plan Consultant

Client Services Representative

• Deliver client service for daily record-keeping, administration and servicing of assigned his/her book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations.
• Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings.
• Ensure that all services are delivered within EPIC RPS' documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors and day to day contacts.
• Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support.
• Effectively communicate with all operational teams to ensure that record-keeping items are maintained for all assigned plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Client Service Specialist

Compliance

• Prepare compliance tests and year end packages including: review of plan eligibility requirements and determination of eligible participants; review of plan allocation conditions and calculation of requested contributions and forfeiture allocations; ADP/ACP nondiscrimination, 415 annual additions, 416 Top Heavy, and 410(b) coverage tests; and conduct self and peer review as needed.
• Coordination of data input and validation for annual compliance needs, including but not limited to generating and importing employee census, downloading platform asset files, and importing and confirming participant and plan level asset information.
• Prepare, review, and publish Form 5500, Form 5330, Form 8955-SSA and other regulatory forms required. Reconcile and prepare the Form 5500 and all applicable schedules for large filer plans and assist Plan Consultants in answering any auditor questions.
• Maintain a working knowledge of basic complexity plans, including but not limited to safe harbor 401(k) and pro-rata profit sharing allocations. Continue to learn and develop knowledge of more moderate difficulty plans including dual eligibility, integrated profit sharing allocations and ADP/ACP testing failures.
• Prepare asset reconciliation and research differences as needed for plan valuation, testing and reporting requirements.
• Prepare Plan Documents as needed, including but not limited to Restatements, Amendments, SPDs, SMMs and Notices.
• Assist with QDRO allocations and corrective earnings calculations as needed.
• Research and resolve testing and 5500 issues and questions, which may include collaboration with other departments as needed. Assist and mentor other team members with complex issues and questions. Work with Managers to development processes and implement best practices that ensure a set standard of service.

Compliance Specialist II

Operations

• Manage all aspects of daily processes with Operations team.
• Mentor, coach, and encourage Operations staff, including oversight of individual performance and development progress.
• Clearly establish and communicate the Operations Team vision.
• Assist team with the implementation of new processes to decrease costs, increase timeliness, and/or reduce risk.
• Maintain metrics and information used for preparation of various management reports.
• Monitor team to ensure established contractual time frames of daily processes are met.
• Assist team members with questions regarding systems, procedures, processes, and problem resolution.
• Work with other managers to make certain commitments to clients, sponsors, and participants are delivered.

Operations Manager

Account Executive

• Driving the growth of our company through new client acquisition including developing new advisor and CPA relationships through marketing, sponsoring or co-sponsoring events, networking, cold-calling, referrals, and nurturing existing relationships.
• Preparing fee proposals, preparing illustrations, and technical research required for obtaining new plans.
• Implementing effective sales strategies tailored to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Relationship development and management with financial advisors, CPAs, recordkeepers, and other centers of influence including regular meetings and educational seminars.
• Producing fee proposals, illustrations, tracking and reporting of sales activity.
• Work with Conversion Team to transition new retirement plans after the sale, including initial plan design call.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing plans.

Sales Consultant

Customer Support

• Provide daily support to Retirement Plan Client and Technical consultants to administrate retirement plans and trust accounts for clients.
• Communicate directly with internal teams in the above capacity.
• Prepare Trust Accountings, Reconcile Financial Data, and Import Data.
• Publish Form 5500 for client signature, and 8955-SSA.
• Complete of Form 1099R and 5558.
• Assist Retirement Plan Compliance Consultant in preparation of Form 5330 for client signature.
• Coordination of annual compliance needs to include: generate & import Employee Census Files, prepare and review output to ensure information provided meets the need of each individual retirement plan.
• Administrative Processing Distributions, Hardships, Loans etc.

Retirement Plan Support Specialist

Project Manager

• Responsible for delivering and/or managing conversions team members to provide exemplary service by overseeing new plan conversion and related tasks.\n• Work to ensure EPIC RPS standards of service are met to promote the highest levels of client satisfaction, client retention, and additional client revenue growth opportunities.\n• Education and Experience: Associate's degree and five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; ASPPA QKA designation, or equivalent required.\n• Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated leadership aptitude. Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with both internal and external contacts. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must have knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to develop advanced software skills provided by internal training, within a reasonable time as determined by the Manager. Must also have a general understanding of mutual fund companies, trading and trust operations.
