• Analyse market and competitive developments and continuously advance the sales strategy with a forward-looking approach, in close coordination with the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing
• Identify, acquire, and manage strategic partners and collaborations to build long-term customer loyalty
• Support the Sales Management team in day-to-day operations
• Independently handle important external sales meetings and negotiations
• Manage cross-functional sales projects
• Optimise existing sales processes and channels
• Further develop sales processes within the MS Dynamics CRM module

• Overall responsibility for the Southwest service region across four locations: Mainz/Sörgenloch, Saarland, Stuttgart, and Baden-Baden
• Leadership of approximately 80 employees
• Provide direction, coach managers, and strengthen the regional service culture
• Act as the strategic escalation point for complex cases
• Manage regional performance through KPIs
• Develop structures and processes to enable more efficient, connected, and secure ways of working
• Translate company objectives into regional initiatives in collaboration with Sales, headquarters, and executive management
• Responsibility for the infrastructure and facilities of the locations
• Ensure a professional working environment in collaboration with the headquarters’ Real Estate department

Regional Operations Manager, Service

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the Invoicing and Accounting departments (approximately 15 employees in total)
• Consistently develop planning, controlling and KPI-based management with the clear goal of providing a transparent basis for well-founded business decisions
• Question existing processes and develop new workflows and tools
• Lead, coach and develop managers and teams
• Take on and drive digitalization projects in collaboration with our IT department
• Prepare and present decision papers
• Create process documentation and analyses
• Handle and monitor payment transactions and dunning/collections
• Support monthly and annual financial closings
• Occasionally represent the commercial managing director (e.g., during vacation or business travel)
