About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for the Southwest service region across four locations: Mainz/Sörgenloch, Saarland, Stuttgart, and Baden-Baden
- Leadership of approximately 80 employees
- Provide direction, coach managers, and strengthen the regional service culture
- Act as the strategic escalation point for complex cases
- Manage regional performance through KPIs
- Develop structures and processes to enable more efficient, connected, and secure ways of working
- Translate company objectives into regional initiatives in collaboration with Sales, headquarters, and executive management
- Responsibility for the infrastructure and facilities of the locations
- Ensure a professional working environment in collaboration with the headquarters’ Real Estate department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree or comparable business or technical qualification
- Several years of experience in an operational leadership role, ideally in a service-oriented or process-driven environment
- Leadership experience
- Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset
- Clear communication skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Enjoyment of working with a range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Class B driver’s license
