• The Senior Manager, Institutional Customer Marketing, is responsible for execution of marketing tactics for the U.S. Hospital & Biosimilar portfolio
• Lead the development of sales tools and marketing assets—including Digital Sales Presentations (DSPs), Rep-Triggered Emails (RTEs), HQ Emails, Print Leave-Behinds, Digital Ads, and more
• Manage marketing development and approval processes and timelines, working closely with external agency partners and internal reviewers
• Maintain and update content on Pfizer Hospital website, in partnership with agency and Pfizer development partners
• Manage print resource utilization and distribution to support field force needs

• In collaboration with Medical colleagues, monitor USPI label changes and ensure appropriate and compliant updates to marketing resources on an as needed basis
• Support development of marketing strategies and product launch plans, leveraging effective omnichannel approaches to drive effective customer communication and engagement, in partnership with Director, Institutional Customer Marketing, Platforms and Director, Institutional Customer Marketing, Brands
• Support content development at relevant sterile injectables conventions and congresses

• Effectively partner with Marketing and Communications colleagues to drive internal awareness and utilization of marketing assets and ensure effective and complementary customer communication regarding platform and brand product availability and supply status

Senior Manager, Institutional Customer Marketing, Platforms, Portfolio & Brand

Manager

• Manage projects and conduct document quality review (DQR) on the clinical components of documents authored by Vaccine Clinical Research (VCR) across VCR global sites.
• Perform DQR of clinical components of assigned documents (e.g., protocols, clinical study reports, investigator brochures, manuscripts, summary documents, regulatory responses, etc.) independently.
• Formally document quality review findings for assigned documents.
• Identify and immediately escalate any significant findings.
• Participate in resolution of findings with the document authors, clinicians and other team members, if necessary.
• Manage DQR document archival processes and procedures.
• Independently produce style guides, manuals, and quality review work guides for Vaccine programs and documents.
• Lead and/or manage the completion of complex tasks by applying technical skills and specialized knowledge to communicate initial findings.
• Analyze DQR findings to identify root causes of errors and discrepancies and participate in corrective action planning.

Senior Manager, Document Quality Reviewer, Vaccines

Account Executive

• Leverage clinical, demand, and financial levers to gain and maintain profitable access across payer pharmacy, medical benefit and specialty pharmacy for all Pfizer products across the lifecycle of each product.
• Lead Pfizer enterprise contract negotiation for entire portfolio for all national PBM/GPO, Health Plan and SPP channel customers
• Maintaining profitable product access through direct contracts or PBM agreements, leveraging compliant clinical and financial information, and leading the coordination of generating demand and appropriate advocacy for Oncology product portfolios.
• Lead and manage payer customer engagements for an expanded number of complex therapeutic categories and management strategies.
• Meet or exceed performance objectives, including the successful execution of all product access and new launch goals for the Pfizer enterprise
• Lead, develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with all assigned customers within a designated geography influencing decision making and product access for the Pfizer portfolio.

• Lead the timely development of launch deliverables including updating value & evidence strategy, global value dossiers/AMCP dossiers, systematic literature reviews, economic models, and innovative tools to successfully support reimbursement and access requirements in conjunction with the regions/countries.
• Develop patient-reported outcomes strategy and incorporate humanistic and economic endpoints into clinical trials across all phases of product development to build comprehensive trial-based evidence aligned with overall asset strategy and to ensure global reimbursement and access requirements.
