About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the Specialty Care Field Medical Director Lead to drive alignment and coordination of goals
Supports assigned Asset or Field Medical area activities/initiatives such as Ad Boards, medical congresses, and other projects
Drives the creation/implementation of simple medical processes
Develops and maintains business relationships with key colleagues
Drives agendas, builds presentations, and supports facilitation of Field Medical Team meetings
Develops and leads tracking and analysis of performance/activity measurements
Collaborates with internal stakeholders and other Operational Excellence colleagues
Supports overall financial management and forecasting for assigned Asset or Field Medical area budget
Partners with Legal, Procurement, finance, and external customers to develop and execute agreements
Supports development of the Asset and/or Field Medical Strategic and Operating Plan

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry or related fields
Advanced degree (e.g., masters) highly preferred
6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related fields
Prior experience in working in Medical Affairs organization is essential
Experience in other medical/clinical functions desirable
Prior experience in Project Management, Business Operations
Understanding and adherence to Project Management methodologies
Demonstrated results in creating and managing complex projects, including budgetary management and fiscal awareness
Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions
Must be independent, pro-active, self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
Knowledge of Pfizer systems including POD, Ariba BOD, EngagePlus
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
