About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for driving sales growth and access within hospital and institutional accounts
  • Delivering targeted and customer-focused calls to Chief Institutional Pharmacists and key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to build and execute an integrated business plan
  • Support continuity of care across hospital and community settings
  • Provide regular reports on progression of activities and performance
  • Attend congresses and coordinate educational programs
  • Participate in all corporate and team meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Possesses a university degree(s) in an appropriate discipline (Science / Business Administration)
  • 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Key account management experience will be an asset
  • Experience and confidence in communicating at a professional level in the hospital environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently & in a team environment
  • Solutions-oriented with a constructive approach to overcome challenges
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required
