About the role
- Support personal promotional strategy and execution plan, ensuring optimal approach to pulling through core brand messaging
- Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to pull through CFC messaging strategy: brand team, CEP, medical, RC, CMO, and agency partners
- Lead messaging pull-through for the Core DSP, including Unbranded Burden of Disease and the integration of ongoing Branded Real-World Evidence
- Lead Field Advisory boards to ensure continuous feedback loop with field colleagues
- Leverage HCP segmentation and data-based triggers to optimize messaging both in COVID waves and during low seasons
- Responsibility for CSO POA meeting deliverables, including strategy, content, and meeting execution
- Hold self and team accountable for deliverables and positive performance while fostering positive culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Previous pharmaceutical marketing experience, including working with agencies and Review Committee
- Experience in Primary Care strongly preferred
- Pharmaceutical sales experience, in Primary Care preferred
- Experience successfully converting market and stakeholder insights into actionable strategies and tactics
- Change agile and dependable; ability to turn around deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including to internal and external senior leaders
- Strong strategic skills including creativity and effectiveness in identifying and managing major strategic challenges; can manage through ambiguity
- Ability and eagerness to challenge status quo, act decisively and operate successfully in an empowered organization
