About the role
- Partner with the Product, Digital, Deployment and Business teams to deliver a streamlined product offering that support end-to-end review and registration workflows for colleagues and agency partners around the globe.
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with stakeholders and our digital team to shape the vision and deliver on objectives and key results (OKRs) for our MLR product.
- Convert business objectives into technical requirements and help define product roadmaps, create backlogs, set sprint goals, prioritize features and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Medical and Marketing colleagues to understand the requirements and process to review new assets and those being reused.
- Ensure marketers, medical colleagues and agency partners can easily identify and associate existing claims, GCMA numbers, store and file approved assets.
- Work with senior product leaders to ensure an integrated user experience across related products, including but not limited to workflow, DAM, and GenAI.
- Consolidate and prioritize outcomes, business needs, and technical demands from marketing and agency teams.
- Collaborate with internal digital teams, UX experts, and stakeholders across commercial and medical divisions to manage product roadmap that streamlines and ensures compliant processes.
- Prioritize business cases and optimize resource allocation across products.
- Proactively identify business needs and innovations, including business requirements and roadmap, and ensure execution via close coordination and project management with Digital Group Product Managers.
- Collaborate with Digital team on management of product strategy, decisioning and product delivery within the Agile Teams, incl. with Technical / Engineering team on hands-on solution development and management of external development vendors.
- Align stakeholders, manage product roadmaps, coordinate user-acceptance testing, drive user adoption, and advocate for the product.
- Conduct product ceremonies with technical and business partners to gather and prioritize outcomes and share progress.
- Track engagement with the platform and analyze usage trends by function, geography, and business unit and share user engagement metrics and insights.
Requirements
- BA/BS in business, engineering, computer science, or other related field with 6+ years of proven experience as a product manager or similar role, preferably in the pharma or marketing technology (MarTech) space.
- Strong understanding of MLR Process, workflow and automation.
- Strong understanding of the creative development and production process and tools.
- Experience leading product teams with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Experience with enterprise level applications from Proof of Concept to maintenance of mature environments.

- Role will be responsible for multiple geographies but requires flexibility to work with US time-zone.
- This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
