About the role
- Facilitate the full life-cycle recruitment for respective business units
- Act as a trusted advisor and facilitate recruitment while following global operating procedures
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR leaders
- Work cross functionally with HR partners to maintain compliance and integrity
- Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle
- Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies
- Utilize appropriate selection techniques
- Incorporate creative solutions for identifying diverse talent
- Ensure that hiring is consistent with business goals
- Develop an understanding of the talent landscape to promote individualized hiring strategies
- Play a part in local and regional TA projects proactively
Requirements
- BA/BS with 2+ years of recruiting/relevant HR experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with both hiring managers and HR partners associated with your client groups
- Ability to source mid to senior level talent
- Ability to develop support hiring plans and play a role in development/launch of recruitment campaigns
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience in commercial sales recruitment (Nice-to-Have)
- Prior experience working in WorkDay as an applicant tracking system (Nice-to-Have)
