About the role

  • Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end hiring process — from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation — across both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Drive TA Projects & Results: Take ownership of key talent acquisition initiatives. Define success metrics, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve time-to-fill, conversion rates, and candidate quality.
  • Influence & Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership. Influence hiring decisions through data and insights, train interviewers, and help elevate recruiting practices company-wide.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, Hiring Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and align on strategy.
  • Leverage Data & Systems: Use recruiting metrics, dashboards, and tools to identify trends, optimize workflows, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experiences: Provide timely, transparent communication and a high-touch experience that reflects our culture and values.
  • Champion the Brand: Represent and amplify our employer brand through every candidate interaction and creative outreach initiative.
  • Bring Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform talent strategy and influence business decisions.

Requirements

  • Senior Recruiter: Who blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution — someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments and knows how to build relationships that deliver results.
  • GTM Recruiting Expertise: 4+ years full-cycle experience hiring across sales, marketing, and customer success; ideally in adtech/tech/SaaS.
  • Trusted Partner: Exceptional stakeholder management — consultative, influential, and able to align hiring needs with business outcomes.
  • Relationship Builder: Empathetic, personable, and passionate about exceptional candidate experience.
