About the role

  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives that advance Pfizer Digital’s product-centric operating model, aligning with enterprise priorities and the Digital Leadership Team (DLT) vision.
  • Engage senior leaders (Directors to VPs) across Pfizer to co-design and implement product team structures, governance, and ways of working that accelerate digital maturity.
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI capabilities by embedding them into product workflows, enabling automation, intelligent decision-making, and faster speed-to-value.
  • Translate transformation roadmaps into actionable program-level plans, orchestrating cross-functional execution and ensuring alignment with key milestones and outcomes.
  • Monitor and communicate progress through data-driven storytelling, leveraging KPIs and insights to demonstrate impact and inform leadership decisions.
  • Evolve the enterprise product model by codifying lessons learned into scalable playbooks, frameworks, and governance structures that promote consistency and accountability.
  • Partner with Product Managers to assess and improve team maturity using tools like the Product Management Maturity Index, driving continuous improvement.
  • Optimize product development workflows by identifying friction points and enhancing tool usage (e.g., Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics).
  • Shape and support capability-building programs for product practitioners in collaboration with Learning & Development, ensuring readiness for AI-enabled product delivery.
  • Champion product management best practices across the enterprise, mentoring teams and contributing to the community of practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or management consulting, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive enterprise-wide change and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Strong understanding of product-centric operating models, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (Director to VP level) to influence strategy, drive alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, including roadmap development, program planning, and change management.
